Andreas Bardell, gold in live publishing
- With Shoot It Live I can focus on doing what I do best. It gives me a great advantage against our competitors. Three times I have been the first photographer in the world to publish photos from major championships. To be able to repeat the success with my photo’s of Usain Bolt last summer, not once but twice in one day feels like I took gold in live publishing!

First came Charlotte Kalla then came Björn Ferry
The 31 year old Björn Ferry from Storuman advanced from a eighth place and was able to take a Olympic gold with a 16.5-second lead.

Aftonbladet’s photographer Andreas Bardell was once again in the right place at the right time and was able to live publish photos to Aftonbladet.se during the race.

Andreas used Shoot It Live for the first time in the summer of 2009 during the World Cup in Berlin, where he was the first photographer in the World to publish photos of Usain Bolts world record of 200m. During the first days of the Olympics in Canada, he was able to repeat this. Not once but twice did he become the first photographer to publish photos from the gold medal race and of the Swedish Olympic heroes. Photos that have already become part of the sporting history.
