Denmark has taken medals in the last four handball European championships but this year turned out to be different. Croatia crushed the Danes’ dreams of a 2010 championship medal and they have to leave Germany without any medals. Croatia is now facing a semi-final against Poland and the Danes’ has one game left to compete for a fifth place.
